  • Late arrivals may result in reduced service time.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 12 hours before the slot.

  • Failure to do so may result in cancellation charges.

4. Conduct

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence or behaving inappropriately.

  • Your cooperation is expected to maintain a peaceful healing environment.

💸 Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Guru Nanak Ayurvedic Clinic, we aim to provide quality services. However, due to the nature of personalized therapy, the following refund terms apply:

1. Appointment Cancellations

  • Full refund available if cancelled at least 12 hours before the session.

  • No refund for no-shows or late cancellations.

2. Prepaid Packages

  • If you cancel a prepaid therapy package before completion, the refund will be processed on a prorated basis, deducting used sessions.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be credited within 7 working days to the original payment method.
